An Ohio man has been arrested after a witness claimed he exposed himself and tried to have sex with a van parked on a residential street, police say. Police said a witness reported seeing a man - identified as Michael William Henson - pulling his shorts down and swinging on a stop sign in Dayton on Tuesday night.
Officers later spoke to the woman who called police, and she claimed she saw the man pull down his shorts and place his genitals in the front grill of a red van.
The woman told police the man performed the lewd act for a while, WDTN-TV reported.
According to witness statements, the man briefly passed out in a yard after he 'violated' the van before getting up and walking away, the Dayton Daily News reported.
The woman called police, but he had left the area by the time officers arrived.
Police said the man, who appeared to be high on a narcotic, was detained in the back of a police car while they spoke to witnesses.
Henson, 35, was arrested for public indecency and held at Montgomery County Jail on $2,500 bond.
