Firstly,download tweakware v3.5 and install.You don't need to configure any settings on tweakware, they've already done it forus (i admire them for that). Yours is just to pick the settings you want. So
:->Navigate to settings->Click on bundle settings>select bundle settings.->Then choose Etisalat 0.0, and go back and hit the connect button.

If you're ready to browse like a cyber geek, launch your psiphon app and configure as follows, UNDER HANDLER
:-> Tick: Remove port
-> Proxy type: Real host
-> Proxy server:http://ent.nxtfwd.com/s/d/etisalat_ng#openModal
-> Real proxy type: HTTP
-> Real proxy port: 80.
UNDER OPTION-> Region: USA
UNDER MORE OPTIONS, Just untick all boxes there, then go back and hit the connect button,
Update is reported that this cheat is capped at 55mb or so, if yours has stopped, simply:
1.Clear your psiphon cache.
