Posted by A packed passenger plane has collided with a service van at Hong Kong International Airport, with dramatic footage filmed by someone on board showing firefighters rescuing the driver, who was trapped in the wreckage.
The Dragonair A330 aircraft had begun taxiing towards the runway when one of the engines struck the van, ripping right through its roof.
The van driver reportedly suffered head and shoulder injuries.
Flight KA691, with 295 on board, had begun its journey to Penang in Malaysia when the accident happened. Five fire engines and two ambulances attended the incident.
