Check out the mentally challenged couple spotted on
the streets of Bayelsa few hours ago putting up public
display of affection for each other.
They were seen romancing each other as bystanders
watched in awe around 4:00pm at Tombia roundabout in
Yenagoa Bayelsa yesterday.
