Make sure you have already Verify your ownership and submitted your website sitemap on google webmaster tools.
Now login google webmaster, click on the site you want to apply it on, now click that settings icon (gear icon) at the right side of of the page and u will see drop down menu, just click site setting, and a page would appear, move down and tick "set custom crawl rate" and a den look downwards u will see something like this
just move it to be exactly like dat image or something, related to that, and click save
note: it may start immediately or the next day
demo: goto http://rockgist.com and copy my last post link and search it on google you will see dat, it has been indexed.....
