Tottenham to offload Vincent Janssen and Fernando Llorente
Tottenham Hotspur reportedly intend to start overhauling their squad this week by offloading flop strike pair Vincent Janssen and Fernando Llorente.
They are said to be hopeful of recouping the £30m (N14 billion) splashed out on the duo.
Janssen has been left out of Tottenham's squad for their pre-season trip to the United States, with UK news outlet London Evening Standard reporting that Mauricio Pochettino wants a quick sale.
Fenerbahce took the Dutchman on loan last season and are rumoured to be willing to do so again in 2018-19, but Spurs will only consider a permanent sale.
The report suggests that Tottenham are just as keen to get rid of Llorente, who only arrived from Swansea City in a £15m (N7bn) transfer last summer.
Watford forward Richarlison begins Everton medical
Watford forward Richarlison reportedly remains on course to complete a move to Everton by the end of the day after arriving on Merseyside to undergo a medical.
The two clubs are understood to have agreed a fee of £44m (N20.7bn) for the 21-year-old, a year after he joined the Hornets for nearly a quarter of that sum.
The 21-year-old Brazilian forward impressed in his debut Premier League season for Watford, appearing in all of their 38 games and scoring 5 goals.
Marco Silva, Everton's new manager and Watford's ex-boss, appears to have been so impressed by Richarlison last season that he is bringing the forward to his new club.
Chelsea board to discuss Willian future
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich and director Marina Granovskaia will reportedly meet with manager Maurizio Sarri to discuss the future of Willian this week.
Willian is understood to be wanted by both Manchester United and Barcelona, the latter of whom have made a £65m (N30.6bn) bid as their third and final approach for the Brazilian winger.
The Daily Mail reports that the Blues are as yet undecided on whether to accept Barcelona's latest offer for the 29-year-old, who will turn 30 before the start of the new English Premier League season.
However, Chelsea would prefer to sell Willian to a foreign team rather than to rivals Manchester United, while the player himself is also thought to be keen on a move to the Camp Nou.
Roma want Petr Cech as Alisson Becker replacement
Roma have reportedly identified Arsenal goalkeeper Petr Cech as a possible replacement for Alisson Becker.
The Serie A outfit are on the lookout for a new shot-stopper following Alisson's world-record move to Liverpool last week, while Cech's future at the Emirates Stadium seems uncertain.
New Arsenal boss Unai Emery has already signed Bernd Leno for £22m (N10.5bn) this summer, while recent reports have suggested that he is also looking to bring in Swiss international goalkeeper Yann Sommer to provide further competition for place.
New Arsenal deal for Alex Iwobi until 2022
Arsenal forward Alex Iwobi has reportedly edged closer to signing a new contract at the Emirates Stadium.
The 22-year-old came through the ranks at Arsenal and has made 98 senior appearances for the Gunners in all competitions.
Recent reports from Italy had claimed that new manager Unai Emery was preparing to make Iwobi available for transfer amid interest from Serie A giants Lazio and AC Milan.
According to The Mirror, however, Iwobi is very much in the Spaniard's plans and is being offered a new deal by the Arsenal hierarchy which runs until 2022.
Iwobi's current contract, signed in 2015, expires in two years' time.
