Posted by Liverpool midfielder Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain provided fans with a fresh boost as he showed he is stepping up the intensity in the gym as he continues his rehabilitation from a serious knee injury.
The 25-year-old former Arsenal player suffered a nasty injury to his knee during last season's UEFA Champions League semi-final first leg against Roma.
But taking to his official Instagram page on Thursday, Oxlade-Chamberlain posted the above photo that shows where he was testing his leg during a workout in the gym as he insisted in the caption he is "on the grind".
