Calero can leave his LaLiga club for a knockdown €11m. Arsenal are keen, along with Sevilla and Borussia Dortmund.
The wing-back's deal runs to 2021.
Any interested club will be negotiating terms with Valladolid owner Ronaldo Nazario.
