The Spanish giants are considering sacrificing the attacking midfielder in a cash-plus-player deal to bring Hazard to the Bernabeu.
Perez is prepared to see Isco sold after his blow up with fans this week.
That deal would not be wholly different to the one which saw Thibaut Courtois join for £31m (N13bn) in the summer along with Mateo Kovacic heading to west London on a season-long loan.
